We have 22 years’ experience, over 950 employees, 37 own offices in 9 countries and a network of representatives on five continents, which means we can provide the best integrated logistics solution for your business.
We are specialists for imports to anywhere in Latin America. In 2015, we became the only Latin American company ranked among the world’s top 50 freight forwarders by Transport Topics. We were the only Latin American company to receive this award.
In addition to our reliable commercial and operational team, we offer our customers access to AS Tracking, our proprietary tracking system, which allows you to accurately monitor and control all of the processes involved.

Operations begin in April.
The company’s first office opens in Santos, Latin America’s largest port. This year, we also open an affiliate in Sao Paulo, one of the largest business and financial centers in the Americas.
Created in 1996, the first Asia Shipping logo used a laurel wreath and initials representing the company name.
In 1999, Asia Shipping International Transport (HK) opens in Hong Kong and the company starts its international expansion.
A logo is created for Asia Shipping in China, with the word “Asia” and arrows in red.
November sees another company office opening in Paranaguá.
A new office opens in Shenzen, China.
A new branch opens in Shanghai, China.
New offices open in Guangzhou and Ningbo, both in China.
Asia Shipping becomes market leader as a specialist shipping agent for maritime imports from the Far East.
Our first office opens in Ecuador, based in Guayaquil.
Company branches are opened in Vitória (June) and Curitiba (November).
Our second Ecuador office opens in Quito.
Our Curitiba office starts offering customs clearance services in June. The Porto Alegre branch opens in September.
A new office opens in Chongqing, China.
In 2008, the logo was modernized but retains the traditional Asia Shipping identity. The laurel branches were changed and shaped to surround the initials “AS”. The new logo is lighter, more modern and can be used in a wider range of circumstances.
A new office opens in Tianjin, China.
Out Itajai offices opens in February.
In September, a new branch opens in Campinas.
According to figures from Datamar, the company becomes market leader for maritime imports from all continents, overtaking the industry’s multinational conglomerates and is highlighted by Exame magazine.
Also in 2011, the company created its Oversize Cargo department to handle extra large cargoes, particularly the growing Oil & Gas industry and infrastructure projects.
The company also starts offering Warehousing services.
Out first office in Chile opens in Santiago.
Focusing on integrated logistics, the company partners with Road Transport companies.
In February, another company office opens in Manaus. Also in February, a new office opens in Rio de Janeiro. 2012 also sees a branch open in São Francisco do Sul.
Asia Shipping opens a unit in Qingdao. The company now has 8 offices in China.
Another Chilean office opens in Iquique.
Looking to expand into India, the company opens its first office there in New Delhi. Another branch opens in Gurgoan as well.
AS Group Integrated Logistics Solutions is founded. Subsequently, the company presents its integrated logistics services to the market.
As part of its effort to grow and consolidate its air shipping service, a new office is opened at GRU Airport in Guarulhos. Asia Shipping starts investing in the Northeast. A new office opens in Salvador.
Company offices are also opened in Judhiana, Kanpur and Mumbai.
The company has 14 offices in Brazil. Its advance into the Northeast continues with a new branch in Recife.
Asia Shipping also opens a new office in Seoul, South Korea. The company also moves into Taiwan with an office in Taipei.
A new office opens in Miami to consolidate the company’s footprint in the Americas.
We now have 6 units in India. And a new office opens in Pune.
Asia Shipping is ranked one of the 50 biggest shipping agents in the world by Transport Topics. The company gains international recognition for service quality.
Our air cargo terminal opens in Miami, strategically located just 5 minutes from Miami airport.
Another Asian office opens in Ho Chi Mihn city, Vietnam. And a further office opens in Gandhidham (Mundra), India.
Asia Shipping celebrates its 20th anniversary as Latin America’s largest Freight Forwarder and as it looks to further improve its service quality, the company has started the process to obtain Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification for its offices and ISO 9001 certification for all logistics processes.
We are the only Latin American company on the list of the largest Freight Forwarders, rising 10 places to 40th position in the ranking.
After a major effort to comply with the main international security standards for the logistics chain and its controls, processes and methodologies, Asia Shipping has been certified as an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) in Brazil and India. The company is continuing to implement its “Global Safe Security” plan to achieve this target at all its offices worldwide.
We also opened an office in Bangladesh, further consolidating our footprint in Asia.
